MjLink Shareholder Update?

If you have been following along with industry updates this week, you know that Ed Perlmutter (house Democrat from Colorado) and a bipartisan list of cosponsors, successfully adding the Safe Banking Act language to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2022, which prevents financial regulators from penalizing banks or credit unions that work with state-legal marijuana businesses.

The cannabis industry has been crazy with excitement this week.

In summary, we believe the new policy reform will equal tens of billions (USD) of new investments in the U.S. cannabis/hemp industry, coming from institutional investors that have held out on entering the sector until the (SAFE) Banking Act is signed into law.

To that point, Todd Markey and I received a last minute invite this week, to present MjLink earlier this evening to a group of institutional investors who are now looking to invest in the industry for the very first time.

Thanks to all of you, and your support this past year (financially and by word-of-mouth), the publicity that we have received is now leading to a heightened awareness among new institutional investors that are preparing to jump into the industry in a big way. Cheers!
As a reminder, management decided to keep the Reg A offering open at $2.50 a share until midnight on September 29th, 2021. At that time the current Reg A offering @ $2.50 a share will expire.

The next Reg A offering has been prepared at $5.00 per share, and is ready to be filed with the SEC after the (SAFE) Banking Act is signed into law.
