It sounds a lot like it’s not the miracle cure folks here have been saying. Like, the patient literally walks out of the hospital 3 days later and is playing polo on day 4. But as the sunspotter says n=1 far far too small to know more. The 55 or so patients in the trial need show much better stories than this one if this trial is to not fail and be marketed as a success.

Compassionate use=double edged sword. When stories like this one come out it’s time to get worried. If she were playing polo you’d be counting your lottery winnings.
