The more realistic approach here. Is October will relatively average. With a high of 7-8 cents POSSIBLY... with the right news and IF the exchange happens. U know the faster one to released and not the one from August 9th....

If that don't happen. They will be loading "cheapies" again. Just my 2 cents....
