If you open an account with TDA, you can get ThinkorSwim for free and within it you can see L2 for any security.

I can't cut and paste it. However, beside CDEL who is at .02 for 678,832 shares, CSTI, NITE and GTSM each are at .008 for 10,000 shares.

On the ask, CDEL is at .0488 for 14,097, CSTI and NITE are at .049 each for 10,000 and GTSM at .20 for 2,500.
