The JV with Fincann may already be factored into the current share price.Especially if everyone already expects this to be a done deal. IMO what we will need is other news of mergers or JVs in addition to Fincann to move this up.

Believe me I have no desire to stay at this level and truly expect to go much higher but trying my best to keep a perspective on where and when we start to see this pay off. Glta
