Next week begins the first week where all the dark companies will be delisted/revoked and only companies that are pink or in the process of becoming current will remain. This narrows the focus to the most legitimate companies. Maybe it was best to wait to issue any PR's till after the 28th as there is no doubt some are accumulating with an eye towards October onward.
