Another fact is that it's hit .01 twice, and hasn't been able to keep it because of all the BS that the BSer in Chief, little stevie, spews.

Said another way, makes promises that aren't kept.

AND NO, filings do not count.

It is what is EXPECTED of a publicly traded company. The bare minimum that took him MONTHS to do. And no it wasn't the other person's fault. He should've seen what wasn't filed before he bought the shell known as HPIL.

So, the fact is, that for those unlucky investors that bought at .01... they are down.

If someone bought this POS at .0001 or .001, hopefully they sold and took the profit when it was there.
