Interesting and insightful read. OWCP survived Friedland's stock fraud in that it was not slapped with a CE, and their Officers were not charged.

Same could happen with CATV where the Officers would forfeit property. MF hasn't been charged with a crime...yet.

MF's role in the CATV litigation remains to be seen. I agree with you that the 60/40 offer is damning. Just need more facts to come out.

I think MF is a competent immigration lawyer. That's about it. It seems that any lawyer ought to do due diligence at least as good as CashBowski's ability to research and follow the money trails.

These stocks are loaded with entertainment...lol.
