Was under the impression we would get merger news today per Krisa - “$AVVH Late yesterday, we filed a motion to amend the language in the custodian discharge paperwork to satisfy the TA. Hopefully, this is the last step to complete the share cancelation. Merger will happen immediately after judge acts. Look for GQC update next week. Be well.” This was September 10th. Does it not say the merger will happen right after the judge acts on the share cancellation?????
