I think Synergy has 2 or 3 pending now.,

But very quiet waiting to see what happens post 9/28

Shells could disappear all over the OTC and these that are waiting yield sign will be the mother lode,

I just hat anything over a 25m float. Unless it’s cheap as chit.,

I figure my market cap in shells as float x price
Not O/S. Usually the shares not in the float is the control block and what will make the R/M deal.
My shell MC can’t be over $2m
