CASH FLOW

Did that not stop 18 months ago ??? What Treasury - FHFA get are paper IOUs

I do not understand how the GOV is dependent NOW on FHFA cash as it was stopped over a year ago - not a dime of cash

did I miss something

anyone know when the cash stopped
or
anyone want to show CASH - MONEY - going from FHFA to Treasury (or from F and F to Treasury) since the amendment

(IOU yes but that does nothing to help any administration pay for its projects or reduce deficit one penny)

Anyone have a strong feel for the facts to confirm or refute the above where I say no cash - no $ is moving to Treasury
