Anyone worried about sec problems I got an answer in 5 minutes to my email see below
Harry, we are current in our reporting (and plan to stay that way), which means that we are not affected by the end of September deadline. The companies that can be delisted are the ones with a "Stop Sign" or "Skull and Crossbones" symbols that are at least 2 quarters behind on their reporting.
