Dear Chile,
A year from now you are going to be on your hands and knees begging every gold silver nickel copper lithium junior miner previously shat-upon (including those junior miners who refused to payoff your corrupt officials or rollover to increased outrageous/gouging taxation without a fight) in Chile to start up a mining operation and hire broke Chileans in order to replenish Chile's lost revenue, GDP, foreign cash reserves and the depleted treasury.

In our particular case we shareholders in MSB-SpA are going to want you to blow every one of our shareholders and toss the salad (ie our salad) while you are down there on your knees trying to win our approval to open our mine.

And this ain't a joke... we're dead serious. You all should have known this Draconian 22% spending cut was incubating and being "perfected just for you" down in deepest most-evil most-punishing most-foul depths of Hell and coming right smack-dab home to roost on your doorstep for 2022.
