MUST READ from PR-NON-DILUTIVE financing secured

With $SAPX- It is my strong opinion- that the retail day traders who bought and dumped this stock in the Channel that we have seen now for 6 weeks was due to negligence in their understanding of what exactly is going on here. FILMS are set to go into production and huge music producer THOM HAZAERT has identified several PROMINENT music artists searching for a new label representation. They are gearing up to announce LOI or actual deal closings by definitive agreement in both their film and music subsidiaries.

1- MASSIVE NEWS not understood by market yet- THE COMPANY HAS SECURED NON (recourse)DILUTIVE FINANCING to the tune of $1.5 mil dollars to be able to operate and not have to sell shares to get their projects completed. They have deals to announce involving film and music.

2- The company is re-building the NASDAQ version of Seven Arts brand and catalog. They clearly have major artists they have been working with to be able to allude to this …. “ We're aware some SAPX investors will see the potential now while others may not be satisfied until they see major features and artists announced shortly. Either way, we are well on track to doing so and I look forward to those announcements and, by extension, increasing shareholder value."

3- RESEARCH THOM HAZAERT NOW! If you don’t know who he is - I strongly advise you look up who he is and you will see the ability to secure top talent and imo potentially bring a massive MEDIA VIDEO STREAMING and NFT deal to this stock.

CHEYENNE, WY / ACCESSWIRE / September 23, 2021 / Seven Arts Entertainment Inc. (OTC PINK:SAPX), the "Company", is pleased to announce the Company has secured immediate funding for future projects.

Under the terms of the agreement, the lender has committed a $1.5 million credit line to the Company, available in tranches upon request, over the next 6 months. The funding is intended to be non-dilutive and re-paid through partial revenue and royalties from upcoming projects funded with the proceeds.

Through previous management's assistance, the Company has already identified several feature films slated for development with which Seven Arts can participate in production.

Additionally, through Seven Arts Music's A&R rep, Thom Hazaert, the Company has identified several prominent music artists searching for new label representation which are under negotiation currently.

The Company believes there will be finalized announcements shortly on both its film and music ventures.
