Someone borrowed 500,000 shares and used those shares to short NPHC in an attempt to stop the momentum. The shares still haven't been returned so it's safe to say they were sold.

Borrowed 500,000 after 2:15 PM and before 2:30 PM 9/23/21.



then sold the 500,000 shares at 3:12 PM 9/23/21 at .0039 on the bid.
