Then enabler Daddy Rotman and delinquent son somehow rollup NHS into Vystar, for quite a $$$$ valuation based off mostly "intrinsic value"(per the filings) basically an objective value and not real value since there were no real sales or partnerships developed, created, or reported.
Then with Vystar under total Daddy Rotman & Son control, guess what still never happened???

Hmmm... I wonder why Lien A / Minh walked away from SIGNIFICANT Equity positions and is not producing or selling Vytex Foam??
For the haters and disbelievers, do your DD. Vytex Foam is NOT listed ANYWHERE in Lien A's product offerings and, also not listed ANYWHERE on their website. WHY? (As SIGNIFICANT Equity investor)
Isn't it kind of strange for a SIGNIFICANT Equity holder that is also a latex manufacturer with sales & distribution in the furniture industry, to not have Vytex listed anywhere or selling it?
What do I know though?? I do know that in my astute business opinion the situation kind of reads like this....
Lien A invested in Natures Home Solutions & VYST for the double win. Probably even giving Natures Home Solutions some kind of favorable terms on product or financing or something since Lien A was an equity investor and a major company that could extend such offers, easily. Then, nothing happened. Either sales, revenue, or payment for the inventory because we do know that there were Mattresses, Toppers, and Pillows for sale for a little while. Then Natures Home Solutions gets rolled up by VYST with Daddy Rotman & Son as the new management with huge bonus's and consulting contracts for themselves. Then, still no Vytex foam sales, no new products, no partnerships with, "mattress and pillow manufacturers who will utilize Lien ‘A-produced Vytex foam cores for bedding products that will be sold by retailers throughout the Americas."
So, yes, WHERE IS LIEN A? Shareholders want to know??!!
