tonc, what happened to Lien A is a really good & IMPORTANT question that keeps getting overlooked. I would say this statement from the PR that you posted says all about "what happened to Lien A".....

"Over the past year, Lien ‘A’s CEO Lam Ngoc Minh took significant equity positions in Vystar and NHS Holdings, LLC (NHS), Vystar’s exclusive distributor for Vytex foam"

SIGNIFICANT equity positions in both Natures Home Solutions (Steven Rotman & Greg Rotman) & Vystar.

So, why would a leader in the industry take SIGNIFICANT equity positions in an at the time private co & public co at the same time. A company with manufacturing and distribution channels all of the sudden be a nothing burger? And now Vystar vytex hopes are central / South America and not Vietnam??

Kind of all reads like, for a while now since there is no Vytex furniture products, that Lien A walked away a while ago even with SIGNIFICANT equity positions.

Maybe Lien A got screwed in the NHS rollup? I don't know. But, seems very fishy to me that a latex manufacturer that was licensed to produce Vytex Foam and also has their own distribution channels to sell such a product is no longer a "partner".

I have personally walked out of deals for a loss. Looking back on it, it is almost always for the same reason. I just can't stand dealing with the other side anymore and just don't care about my investment anymore. Mental health is worth more than that. Just my opinion.
