But, they still have to provide financials or CHOP!

It will show CAVEAT EMPTOR and no price! Maybe a broker name to call but still no price and 95% of brokers will not even bother with the paperwork to quote it. The market will be dead for these companies unless they become real and file 10Q's and 10K's.
