Funny.... Every single BOD
is a Rotman appointee.

All the previous BOD's quit, some quit unexpectedly, like the Audit Committee, immediately after a Q release. (maybe it was a K, I can't remember)

The only hold over is Dr. Matthan, who lives in India doing rubber research.

All the previous BOD's had been members & major shareholders for years.

And then the Rotmans take over, and within 2 years they all quit. Now, since they left, we have no idea even if they hold a single share between them all. I doubt they do.

3+ years later the BOD's are ALL ROTMAN CRONIES. I had hoped the new guy, Byron Novossad was not related. Turns out after some DD researching Blue Oar Inc & Greg Rotman, they are in-fact attached. His name appears in Q's & K's for other companies that daddy's incompetent son has consulted for with his own consulting contracts as well.

Coincidence?
