This is a merger going public with a suite of IP the CEO has been developing for 10+ years. He owns 20M+ shares and has now said CIPPS / Virosense are two of the Datatecnics subsidiaries that can produce revenue under the EGYF umbrella.

We're at the game 1.5 hours before kickoff right now in the grand scheme timeline IMO. There aren't any significant Financials or guidance provided to digest yet.
