who allows trades on non-current tickers changes daily. broker shopping is pointless. I made several complaints to FINRA and have seen some tickers become tradable again at schwab.(don't waste time complaining to the broker. if the ticker is PINK/CURRENT and you are blocked from buying file a complaint with FINRA.)
