The Pfizer study on a third booster vaccine shot which allowed the FDA to approve a booster shot for those at risk and those over 65 had a total sample size for all 18-85yo of 329. For the 65-85yo group the sample size for the FDA approval of a booster shot was 12.

This would indicate that the sample sizes in Zyesami (Aviptadil, RLF-100) studies are quite respectable and certainly large enough for the FDA to move ahead with approval.
