Seabiscuit: I think you hit the nail on the head there. I think the average investors perceives the 3 billion A/S as bad until Jim proves otherwise whether it be a acquisition/merger or what have you. I also think there are many out there, especially after some of the recent flops on the pink market (sljb, etc) That refuse to believe any part of the financials until they are audited.
