There are no fear for a reverse split unless the company is focus mon “ no matter how” to uplist into Nasdaq. Not that many good OTCs are interested in uplisting at the beginning stages; so no fear with those. In the other hand IQST has voiced multiple times they are looking to uplist and as of now they have ran out of many options to naturally get the PPS over $2. So I am firm believer they will do that reverse split, if not it will take them over two years to get to $2. That’s dead money for me, Just my opinion… good luck!!
