There actually were shutdowns in Thailand in March 2021. 100 or 200 new cases a day was enough for them to take extreme measures. Looking at a simple chart to determine if COVID was a problem for the Thailand authorities 6 months ago is pretty weak research IMO.

Now, somewhere along the way fairly recently, we saw pictures of the completed mirrors in a Thailand plant. I distinctly remember reading/hearing that the initial 1,000 mirrors are complete and ready to ship. However, I've been searching for that reference and am not finding it this morning so far. Maybe someone else remembers this?

At this point, my guess is, that they are now waiting on only the manufacturing facility site inspection. But that's just my guess
