as to Covid---ASepticsure is/would be useless in treating Covid or any other human-human transmissible disease--ASepticsure works by combining ozone and hydrogen peroxide resulting in the creation of hydroxyl radicals----including trioxidane which kills all kinds microbes thus sterilizing a room...

the process takes about an hour and must be used in a sealed room, absent any humans who would be killed by this process...

as to your bio-terrorism angle, ASepticsure would be useful in remediating a building that suffered a chemical attack such as via Anthrax
