I don't know whether other C19 drugs have expanded access or not. They wouldn't necessarily PR it even if they did - not every company needs to gin up stuff to pimp their pps and calm some restless shareholders.

But I'm pretty sure that those who didn't get it didn't apply for it. FDA approves 65% of applications for compassionate use:

Not possible as far as I know if the company chooses not to release that information. FDA doesn't, I don't think.
