Yes of course in general you are correct, esp. when there isn’t a merger or a known OTC CEO with a new LOI or tweet every week.

I’m seeing this change as a tool for $$$ investors with a company rollout.

The OS is still 98m and they wouldn’t increase now at this SP nothing here yet.
