With APSI voiding 9,020,138 total shares, this makes the OS to be significantly lower than what it already is. It looks like it is getting cleaned up for something major, especially since there was a $2 private placement. I think all should read what you posted below:

The Company has received $200,000 as part of a Reg D 506(b) offering. The investing party shall receive 100,000 shares of the Company’s common stock with restrictive legend. The shares shall be issued and bear a restrictive legend under Rule 144.
