The fraud continues...mid to late October. Maybe. Or maybe IP CEO can just string everybody along even longer. Complete joke of a timeline when the relevant data were available MONTHS ago.

Key data woulda been known late spring- no way to pretend otherwise. And now .....late October?

6 months of failing to get info so share price would stay higher for a while?
6 months of death and suffering coulda been averted if B beats C? Not even a small chance-
