If an OTC Stock does not meet the basic requirements for the new SEC Exchange Rule 15c2-11 that takes affect on 09/28/2021 then an individual may not be able to buy or sell their position.

Note: This new exchange rule 15c2-11 is going to have a major impact on the OTC Market starting 09/28/2021.

Possible Positive Outcome: Individuals will be looking for new Penny Stocks that meet the requirements of Rule 15c2-11 (SEGI).

Additional Note: Future could be very good for “SEGI”!
