I don’t have Level II (don’t even really understand it is) but Steven’s logic seems completely sound to me.

Even if it’s not AW or JH specifically…were there any other c-suite people who left that could be a large seller? Maybe a pointless question, as obviously shares are being sold doesn’t matter who.

It is senseless to sell down here unless it was a large owner/they got in at a preferred or lower price. Most here are loaded up enough to not be buying a meaningful amount to raise it. It’s not high enough for industrial investors, and its unknown enough its no where near the radar of your average investor. So nobody/few enough people is buying.
