Why? Cause all claimants need NV licensed counsel, this is a state issue, not federal. Adar's NV counsel, Marquis Aurbach Coffing, are from Las Vegas and they know how this will play out.
Then the counter motion 09/21/21, another Hail Mary, and billable hours for the MAC law firm.
IMO, this counter motion is a "Look Judge Joanna Kishner, we are trying
to work this out with DL, but he doesn't play well in his own sandbox.
Especially when our claims are not legal according to NV law.
