If my numbers are right, Bynd cap is currently $7.1G with 63,250,000 O/S and last 12 months revenues were $450M for a multiplier of 15,8.

This being said a revenue required to justify current market cap of $185M, using the same multiplier, would be more or less $ 12M (avg $3m/Q)

Q1 and Q2 revenues were not that significant considering the company really was just taking off. Still revenues were a little more than $1M per quarter or $100,000 per month.

I hope next 4 quarters will on average produce a lot more than $3M/Q or $1m revenue per month ... abd I mean a lot more than $1M per month.

If I'm wrong I will have to figure out why the product(s) does not sell, considering the last months PR's that did define what should be a really impressive distribution/selling network.

We shall se but in any case following current fall of the pps, I have more share than I never tought (at an average cost of $1 US). I therefore do intend to wait for the pps to become $8 US before selling any shares.

Relatively soon uplisting to TSX as mentionned by our president, (and hopefully NASDAQ). I assume we will see an $8 US pps before the end of 2022, justified by annual revenues of more or less $50,000,000 per year.

Patiently,
