At least you'll have your "patent pending" answer here in the 'ol USA in about a week...

the original patent application consisted of a System and Process to process plastics---having both a system and process in one patent app is a no-no in the USA and the USPTO required them to elect one or the other or file separate apps--they chose the latter..

Canada ddin't care and granted a patent...

in the USA--both apps have gone thru several iterations of rejection mainly due to prior art...

the "system" app received a "final rejection" and was ultimately abandoned on 7-28-2020 so nothing pending there..

the "process" application is in another "final" rejection state---a response is due from the company by 10/02/2021---so far crickets except for their patent attorney resigning on 9/03/2021...
