The Buyer and/or Seller's Actions Under Extremely Low Volume is Tantamount to No Activity as Their Actions are Insignificant...When We See Volume 100K and Over That's When We Should Be Drawing Any Real Conclusions...like last week when Volume was Over 100K Shares and Veltex's Stock Price went Up to a Dollar, With SIGNIFICANT VOLUME...That's the Key.
