Oh thanks so much. I reviewed the requirement and see that the threshold for reporting as a control party is 5% and not 10%. Since Clive wasn't listed in the latest quarterly report as holding 5%, one must deduce that some of the 160 Million shares from 4/20/21 tranche were sold before 6/30/21. Since another 165 Million shares were converted in this present quarter, more would need to be sold before the quarter ends in order to keep the count below 114 Million, so as not require reporting as a control person...
