We even offered him financial and legal services for free so he can file but he is a no show. Only god knows what happened to him. To be honest, filing is not that hard, all it requires the intention. They have nothing going on, so any high school student can prepare their financial statements and they can copy a disclosure template from OTC market and get an attorney letter, upload it to OTCmarket, all done. Attorneys don't check anything either, they just say client told us this and that and we have not verified, etc. etc.. OTCmarket does not verify anything either, all they need filings.
I am not sure why John wouldn't keep this money printing machine active. Until recently, he was diluting and making money out of it.
