rback, I have confirmed it...Scottrade has placed a BUY restriction on electronic trading...to me that is the purest form of naked short manipulating the stock...I have contacted Scottrade corporate and they will be telepnoning me tomorrow....this is the ultimate BS. in Naked shorting manipulation....I will give more information on this later..
