No, they do not have Ole Wade to cook the DC Demo for them.
Only ELF/EM-1x can fly. Only Ole Wade can fly it (with some assistance from co-pilot David Audsley and auto-pilot Mark Tupperware).
Thus, while the ELF/EM-1x 'revolutionary tech and equally innovative software" was worth BILLIONS!!!!!!!! (plus $40,000,000 of PPer munny) - the QASP pseudotech is only worth a measly $350,000,000.
Why, unlike CDEx, I'll bet QASP isn't even willing to subject their pseudotech to the Missouri State Highway Patrol for testing, evaluation, and written report of findings like CDEx has .... errr..... scratch that one.
