Firmbach's address (1201 N. Swinton) is now sold.

Tommy's purple house finally sold (sale pending) - only got $630K for it - five price drops since listing.

Quite the short sale (sale price well below mortgage owed).

CDEx President Firmbach and co-resident Tomscheboy Tommy Huzella will have to clean out their stuff from the garage and ship it all up to Pennsylvania.

Maybe CDEx's new CEO Strickland's Saratoga, CA house will sell and they can all join up and do some Internet radio shows from Cleveland with General Robert Milnor - or Milnor Roberts... LOL.
