I hope it hits .18 or even. 30 short term. I'm with you on that but this is all speculation. I agree with you that this one isn't following any sort of pattern. It's following its own. As I believe who ever is accumulating at this level isn't done yet and they are keeping it down until their accounts are filled. Blast off is soon in my opinion of course.
