As you stated they are a legit company and had no reason to destroy the PPS unless it was criminal. I believe it’s inexperience and negligence that has destroyed this stock. They went public using toxic debt not realizing the implications. Didnt understand the uplisting requirements that they applied for. Then they fire their accounting firm, hired a new one, and hired a legit CFO after the dilution started. If not criminal, Sunadan Ray clearly didn’t know what he was getting into with a publicly traded company. They have also renegotiated those notes since, but it is still up in air if that will stop anything. Also, Ray took this company public for a reason and letting a 3rd party get rich doesn’t help him. Destroying a company this way isn’t going to make him nearly as wealthy as taking this to $1+
