If the alleged "new leadership" actually communicated with shareholders, there wouldn't be uncertainty and daily guessing games, as D-Day approaches!

They could easily issue a statement saying they will be filing prior to the 9-28 deadline, or they are not impacted in terms of being delisted, by the 9-28 deadline.
