MONTREAL, Sept. 21, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - Peak Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (NASDAQ: TNT) ("Peak" or the "Company"), a Fintech service provider and manager of the Cubeler Business Hub, announced today that it has been informed by the Nasdaq Capital Market ("NASDAQ") that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") is still in the process of revising the Company's registration statement, known as Form 40-F. As the review process is taking longer than anticipated, trading of Peak's common shares on the NASDAQ has been temporarily halted until the SEC completes its review and publishes the Company's Effective Notice of Form 40-F.
