WOW, how do you know that? If they had money set aside why wouldn't they use it to either pay off debt or buyback now while the shares are this low. If they expect the PPS to go up why would they be waiting to buyback?

I highly doubt they have money sitting aside. If they do then they handled this worse than I thought.

Please don't make any judgements based on this post. I am very positive about this company even though I am not in it right now. I will probably end up buying back in higher than we are now, I just want to see a clear bottom before I get back in.
