Thanks for your comments. I know this is a big time Caveat Emptor situation and I'm fully aware of the hurdles you face. I also understand this company will not make money in the immediate future and will likely need much more capitol to start any type of manufacturing phase. I'm good with all that....I just don't see how the payroll gets made at the end of the quarter given your current A/P / A/R and Sales and Distro Expenses. Maybe you have giant hidden warchest or a stealth benefactor that is lurking. In any event product looks promising hate to see you get half way there without adequate money to keep the dogs at bay.
