The shares will be tradeable again in Canada soon. I don't know what your cost is, but yes, 13 years would be considered dead money.
My friend has been in it for about 7 years now, and he believes that there could be some good things in the future for WOLV. If you have been in it for this long, another 6 months to a year won't hurt.
I bought some private placement shares recently, and am waiting for some news to break.
