No... I am saying smart investors have the ability to see beyond the noise, and know that there is value. Trading in the pennys involves fortitude and the ability to weather the storm at times. Sure there is much to say right now negative about PCTL. But there is also much happening on the good side, which will come to fruition for shareholders in due time.

Being lucky involves happening to be in the right place without any knowledge. Sure it does happen, and some are able time things just right. But I find that research and knowing the companies I invest in works well for me. It takes patience, but I so far have not been good at the lucky timing game.
