The 8K are excellent news. They are converting him from consultant to Director and BBRW buying back $100,000 on preferred stock from him. This appears to be a right move for BBRW and Buchanan because it means likely that Buchanan will be “busy” with a lot work and committed full time to the business. Jeff would have not done that if the business wasn’t doing well, also it provides the opportunity to buy his share at a discount price, likely because thaleynforesee a big jump in PPS in the near future. 8K is great news!!!
